DESCRIPTION:The family of Vietnam  Veteran SP4 Alfred Nieto Guerrero has requested the Patriot Guard Riders  escort their loved one to his final rest at Sacramento Valley National  Cemetery on Thursday July 7\, 2016. The PGR is honored to escort  this hero. \nAlfred served three years active Army service with tours in Germany  and Vietnam. During his military service\, Alfred was awarded the  Vietnamese Campaign Medal with Bronze device\, Vietnam Service Medal  w/Bronze Star and NDSM. After Alfred’s military service\, he joined the  California Department of Corrections attaining the CDC rank of  Lieutenant serving the state of California for 29 years. Alfred is  survived by his wife Jessie\, two daughters\, and a son. \nTHE MISSION: PGR members will stage at the Stockton Gateway  Fueling Station adjacent to McDonald’s 322 S. Center St\, Stockton\, Ca.  (Intersection of S. Center St and Lafayette St) at 0730 for a briefing  then proceed as a group to Chapel of the Palms funeral home (303 S.  California St) to coordinate the escort to SVNC with funeral home staff.  Expected time of departure to Sacramento Valley National  Cemetery is 0830 hrs arriving at Sacramento Valley National  Cemetery (5810  Midway Rd Dixon) at 1000 hrs. Thursday July 7\, 2016.  Services to  commence at 1030 hrs.
