America has lost another member of The Greatest Generation.
The family of Pvt. Adrian P. (Pat) Bourisaw has requested that we stand tall and silent in a flag line of respect and honor prior to the services for our loved one. It will be our privilege and honor to do so.
Hero Bourisaw served in the U.S. Army as an infantryman (Company F, 134th Infantry) in the Eastern Theater of Operations. For his service he earned and was awarded 5 Bronze service stars for action seen in Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland, Central Europe and the Ardennes as well as European-African-Middle Eastern-Campaign ribbon and the Victory Ribbon w/3 overseas bars.
He is survived by his children and a long list of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his wives and one son.
Please join me in standing tall, silent and respectful in a flag line of honor for this American Warrior. Stand down Sir; your watch here has been completed. Your next duty station will be to patrol the streets of Heaven.
We come to thank you and honor you for your service to our nation. Your service allows us the freedoms we enjoy today. You will never be forgotten.
