We will establish the Flag Line.
The certificate will be presented at the beginning of the service.
At the conclusion of the presentation, and when directed by the MRC, we will return the flags to storage, be debriefed and dismissed.
The procession and interment will be the following day.
COVID-19 protocols stipulate that riders must have face masks/coverings available for locations where they are required to include DFW National Cemetery (i.e. – when family/guests interact with you, when entering the church or funeral home, while standing the Flag Line and when social distancing (6′) is not possible).

Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water will be provided.

Procession Part 2 Staging Time: 0845
Part 2 Briefing Time: 0900
Part 2 In Position/KSU Time: 0915
Part 2 Starting Time: 0930
Honor Bikes will be selected, and all riders staged for the procession to DFW National Cemetery.
Upon arrival at the DFWNC Visitor’s Center, Honor Bikes will turn into the assigned staging lane, while the remaining riders will proceed to the designated committal shelter to help set the flags.

Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.

Part 3 In Position/KSU Time: 1015
Part 3 Starting Time: 1030
Riders not participating in the procession will stage at the DFWNC Visitor’s Center for a short briefing.
Any additional Honor Bikes needed will be selected at this time.
Remaining riders will then proceed to the designated shelter to set the flags.
Riders will “stand tall and silent” during the committal service, after which flags will be returned to the storage locker.
We will then have a short debriefing and be dismissed.
