ABOUT THE MISSION:

BMCM George Freeman Barbour (69) served his country honorably for 30 years in the U.S. Navy. During his time in the service he held positions as Instructor, Recruit Assistant, Company Commander, Career Information Program Advisor and Command Master Chief. His awards include; Navy/Marine Corps Medal, Navy/Marine Corps Commendation Medal (2 awards), Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal (2 awards), Meritorious Unit Commendation Medal (2 awards), National Defense Service Medal (2 awards), Armed Forces Service Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal (2 awards), Kuwait Liberation/Kuwait Service Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, NATO Medal, Good Conduct Medal (7 awards), Navy Battle “E” Ribbon (5 awards), Sea Service Deployment Ribbon (10 awards), Expert Marksman Ribbons (.45 Cal and M14 Rifle), and Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist Wings.

Special Instructions:

COVID19 precautions will be observed per PGR State guidelines, including the mandatory donning of face masks (covering both mouth & nose) during the mission. Social distancing of 6 feet, 20 feet from the family and no physical contact between family or guests and the use of hand sanitizer.

If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
