The family of SSgt. James R. Higgins, U.S. Air Force (Retired) have invited the PGR to provide an escort from the Hope Community Chapel in Franklin to the NH State Veterans Cemetery and to also stand a flag line at the cemetery on Friday, 01 March 2019.
