These are some of the more common questions about the PGR Store.

PGR members should always access the PGR store from the main website. As a member, you should log in to the main website using your password and either your PGR username or email address. When selecting the PGR Store menu option, you will not be prompted for a password or username. If you are, then please send an email to the accounts team at accounts@patriotguard.org , and they will reset your store access.

    I saw the store when I first joined in August, but cannot get access now. Instead I get this statement “The following PGR user profile information does not match that of the PGR store:” Logging in to main page to access store. All my info is right for PGR, but store column is blank. Tried saving to no avail. All required data is present in profile. What am I missing? Thanks

    When attempting to register, the site will not accept my password nor my confirmation of password.
  • After logging into the national site, I still cannot find the PGR store… We were interested in buying the new masks, logged in, and then ran into roadblocks that prevented this from ordering.
    Can you help?

    • Robert – I cannot find your email address as a registered user in our database. To access the store, you must be a registered member. Members must login using the Login/Join menu option. If you have not registered, use the same option, then look for the Ready to join? option, and click the Click here to register link.

  • I have tried everything I know to do. Several times and. I Can’t get logged into the store. I would love to spend some money and buy Captain grear…Others I know can’t get in either..

    • Our logs show that the last time you logged in to the PGR website was in September of last year. PGR Members must log in using the Loing/Join menu option. When logging in, you can use the “Remember Me” option to make it easier to log in from that computer.

    Sales of PGR logo gear are restricted to PGR members. There are a few non-logo items available to the general public accessing the store directly, but PGR members should access the store by first logging into the main PGR website, then selecting the PGR Store menu option.

    The system should automatically log in members when they select the store menu option; however, like all things techinical, sometimes there are glitches. If this is happening to you, send an email to the accounts team at accounts@patriotguard.org and let them know, They will reset the setting for you. Be sure to let them know you tried accessing the store from the main PGR site, but got prompted for a password.
