Thank you for taking the lead. We are all behind you and there are alot of people counting on us.
I trust you will have no tolerance towards anything that stands in the way of our mission.
May God give you strength and wisdom.

Snap, I won't pretend to understand why this happened. Jeff is my hero too, tho I have not met him. Thank you for stepping up, and leading us forward. I don't know if I have said this enough, but I am PGR. I'm here to stay. Reach out if you need us.

The PGR is all about Respect!
And, I respect each and every member.
I am very proud to part of this organization and I thank all members for the time and dedication you give, especially our "leaders" who make it possible for the PGR to exist.
With admiration,
MK =)
Thanks for stepping up, Snap. You've had my admiration and respect since "way back" - along with Jason, Kurt, Jeff, and the other "big kahunas." I will expect the best from you, and I know that's just what we'll get!

Snap, I am behind you 110%! Ask and you will receive.
Thank you for stepping up. Even tho threatened! LOL
Snap, I am behind the PGR wholeheartedly, whoever is at the reins.
My idea is maybe someday to let the membership vote on Executive Director and on the board.
I didn't know Jeff but I do know he, and others, have done a great thing starting the PGR. I respect Jeff's decision but I don't agree with it, but then again I don't know all the story from all sides either. I'm sure he made the right choice for him.
I hope you can get the store going again soon. If it means buying the store from Jeff then so be it. I'm sure money enough could be raised. I'm sure he has put in enough time and energy do deserve something other than just a thankyou.
Thanks, Snap, for stepping up to the plate. I'm sure the PGR has a bright future with you at the helm.
Good luck!
Since I joined I have found the Patriot Guard to be what it should be. I am proud to not just be just a member, but a Friend. Your vision will be seen soon enough, but remember the Ancient1 will always be your SideKick, now is the time for all Men/Women to step up, be counted, and ride with Pride. "Patriotism in Motion"

Let us know what you need & we will GIT-R-DONE !!!!!!!

I may have met you or may have not at the Marble Run But if Jeff & the National Board says you got the job then You Gotta be good! Heck Fire I hear enough about Snap here in Oklahoma that I Actually Believe YOU CAN DO IT! I look forward to meeting you face to face someday but until then May the Wind be at your back & the rubber stay under the tread & if anyone gets under your skin just scrape 'em off & go on!
SERVING WITH RESPECT! STANDING BESIDE YOU ANYTIME WITH HONOR! THANK YOU for stepping up---I really don't think Jeff would have hurt you too bad!
Snap,
Does Linda know you are doing this? Just kidding. Best of luck as you take this magnificent organization forward. Next door if you need me.

Snap, thank you for your service to this fine Organization. I am sure the next year will be a good one.

Snap,
I'm in. Thanks for taking on this monumental task. You are indeed a brave man throwing those phone numbers out there.
"The attitude of National should be, "what can we do to help" not "do it this way".
Words to live by for every PGR member.
Thanks Snap! Thanks Jeff! Thanks PGR!
Snap,
I belong to many organizations. But this one has given me back my PRIDE that was lost many years ago. I know Jeff has done this for the men and women of the armed services and not for himself. You will do well with the help of the members. You can not hold this organization up on your own. I will do whatever you need and I think 95% of the members will stand behind you.
Ron Nelson
Madisonville, Republic of TEXAS
Snap,
I've met you in person. I've talked to you on the phone many times. I believe we were on the same page as a result of our conversations. Way back in Februaror so there was a problem with a particular state captain, we talked about him and a few days later he was gone. At the Gathering of the Guard in Oklahoma there was the member who got the big back patch and he immediatley put rockers along with it. Remember?
The PGR's mission is truly a noble and needed cause. What happened during the course of the year was amazing. Yes there were and still are growing pains, a STRONG chain of command is needed to keep it going in the right direction. YOU can make it happen. Yes you will have to hurt some feelings and deflate many egos. You will have to ferret out the power trippers of which there are many. You know you cannot appoint the first person who sticks his hand up for a position. And most important and I feel this has caused the most consternation among many of us is that you MUST get rid of the poser, wannabe IMPOSTERS who use Stolen Valor to make them out to be someone they are not. They have to become persona non grata NO MATTER what. You can;t wrap yourself up in the Flag and turn a blind eye to these scum of the Earth people. There are many of us that were disgusted with previous leadership who just buried their head in the sand over these people because "they were for the mission" that's B.S. and you know it, and then the persons questioning these imposters were censored by moderators and even kicked out of PGR.
It's up to you to take the 400 pound gorilla and tame it.
Good Luck and may God bless you.

Brother, you have my undieing gratitude for continuing the dream of 63,000 proud PGR members. I have complete faith in your leadership and dedication.
I know that our litmus test of "Is it the right thing to do" will continue to be your guiding light in what sometimes can seem like an ocean of darkness.
I remain your humble servant,
Jeff
Snap,
Congrats on the new position!
Looking forward to working with you!

Snap,
I've seen some of the rabbits that you've pulled outta yer hat! How you have pulled some of those things together is beyond me but you did it none the less. I think that you will do equally as well in your new position and keep the PGR going in the proper direction. Semper fi!

Snap My Friend,
It is my honor to serve beside you. Your integrity is without parllel!! Your friendship is respected and your humility is a sought after character trait. Stand tall my friend in the knowledge that your deeds are supported and guidance accepted. lets Get'er Done!!
Snap,
I don't envy your job, it will not be an easy task. Motorcyclists tend to be indepentant individuals and leading us is like herding cats, extremely difficult to do.
You have my full support and if ever I can do anything to help, ask.
George H Winslow, Jr.

Snap,
You support the mission... I'll support the mission and you.
Welcome to the postion.
Thank you.
Bryan.
Snap,
Thank you for taking on this monumentious responsibility. I will support you 100%, and more. If you ever need anything, no matter how trivial, just ask.
A note to all other PGR members: you may have a suggestion or different opinion on something, please remember to give your suggestion in a respectful, constructive manner. It makes a big difference - just think about how it makes you feel when your boss (or subordinates) at work does the same or not. We're all people with feelings - just because someone is PGR leadership doesn't mean they're superhuman.

Snap..... if Jeff and the board see you as 'the man', then so do we. I'll ride along side you any time. Not in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would have the opportunity to be a part of something so 'right' with so many 'right' people.

Snap,
Standing by in CT to support you in every way. Time to take it up a notch and move ahead in a positive way. If we let anything get in the way of the mission, we aren't doing right by those who put it out there on the line. Time for healing. My dad's Division in WWII, the 80th, had a motto, "the 80th only moves forward". We've got to do the same. Lead and we will follow.
SNAP - Congratulations & thanks for stepping up... no matter how many had to give you a little push... southern California is with you.

You and the rest of the leaders @ National are doing an excellent job. WE are proud of who you have helped us to become. Thank God for Jeff and his wonderful family!!! You truly are one of my heros.
i sent twistor this verse and now it will be a blessing to you also. l
And we called on the LORD and asked God to bless them and expand their borders! May we not cause pain and God granted our desire!!!

Hey Snap..........
The Texas PGR will mind. We have your back my brother.
Snap - - i'm a very new member. I read Jeff's message with respect and some confusion.
From the "outside" I had never heard anything but togetherness and resolve about PGR.
I'm somewhat disappointed to hear that the PGR has the normal number of dissatisfied members - - thought I'm old enough to know that's life !!
I realize that where people exist then there will always be those who want their way and do not trust another's direction - - so be that - - I hope PGR's will live up to the reputation I have always thought of them and just disregard the dissenters and move on with the mission.
You surely will not remember but I met you briefly at 29 Dreams Motorcycle Resort in Alabama. I was impressed with your enthusiasm and your apparent knowledge and dedication to PGR.
I am anxious to assist you in any way I can here in Birmingham.
My thanks to Jeff for founding this organization which gives us the opportunity to use our motorcycles for this noble cause !!!!

"Patriotism in Motion"
Jeff woke a sleeping nation to show that there are patriots out there they just needed a venue to gather and honor our nation’s fallen heroes as one; this past year has also renewed patriotism in many and I thank you.
I also look forward to the future and with the growth shown this past year anything is possible and I look forward to the next level.

I was proud to ride with you in Jasper Ga for SGT Colins. You will always have my support. Let's do this together.
Hey Snap, just as in the N.C./Tenn mountains and atthe GOTG, myself and the rest of the members in Okla proudly stand with you and the rest of the PGR. I'm sure you will move us forward and continue with the great job that's already been done.
Amen brother. Have only been a member for a short period, never met you, Jeff or anyone claiming to be a founding member. I have been on three missions and have only observed what might be called professional volunteers. Every action of the PGR members I rode with treated the mission and each other with the respect deserving of the situation.
My hat is off to the PGR, those whos vision created it, and to you for stepping up to ensure it continues to "do the right thing."
If the occasion ever arises, I will be proud to stand next to you.
Snap,
Thank you for stepping up to fill some big shoes. You were loyal to Jeff, for that every member in the PGR should be loyal to you.
Please bring in some new directors into this organization who will have your six when times get tuff.

I don't know what all the fuss is about as I have just recently joined up. Don't really care, I am here to honor and serve our fallen comrades in the best way I can.

Looks like you finally DID snap! But if you've gone off the deep end, there's 60 something thousand of us that are going with you! You and I have been there for each other in the past and we'll be there for each other in the future. Always faithful my Brother. Let's get on with the mission.
Proud to be a member, I will support this organization and it's leadership past, present and future. Thank you !!!
Don't know all that is going on either but I'm all for the mission. Never Again!!
Congratulations and a heartfelt "Thank you", Snap, for agreeing to pilot this latest version of Noah's Ark. Just as each 'species' was different over 2000 years ago, so are we today, and you have been entrusted with the Captain's bars to keep this ship afloat and in calm waters. Best of luck in THAT endeavor! I do feel you have started your tenure on the right foot with your new National attitude. Here to help with anything you may need.....IF you can find us hidden in the hills of West Virginia that is!!! Thanks Snap!
Congrats on your selection as NED to the PGR. I'm sure you'll ease the learning curve. That last curve had collateral damage that had an adverse impact on me.... but I'm still here... standing the Honor Guard line, riding the mission and honoring our Fallen... past, present and future. As I do, Keep the Faith.
Well stated Snap. Thanks Jeff for your vision.
Lets do what we do and do it well.
Our Mission statement is plain and simple.
Our task is sometimes painful, emotional and difficult.
One person can't move a mountain but an organization like the Patriot Guard has changed a great part of this Nation and comforted a lot of grieving families.
Look behind you Snap! Thats me and a whole lot of PGR!
Thanks Snap for accepting the lead. I met both you and Jeff at the GOTG in Claremore and I know you both are of the same cut of cloth. We of the PGR were frotunate to have a man like Jeff with the vision to get us started. Our good fortune continues with you at the lead. I am proud to be a part of this great organization and you have my 110% support.
Snap, you know me, wherever, whenever...just let me know I will be there!
I rode with you in Alabama and was well impressed. Better you than me, brother.

Snap,
Catchy nick name. Thank you for taking on this glorious and rewarding mission. I met you in Sturgis and you were ever so helpful in showing me the true spirit of PGR. I put together one flag in 45 seconds and did so with the honor, and I honor you in taking on this tremendous task. I will continue to promote the PGR and ride with the pride and respect the PGR has afforded me in all of the missions I have attended. My deepest thanks to Jeff for the great job he has done this past year. Just to think, that man and 60,000 members in one year. Awesome!
Nurse Sharry Kitzman from Minnesota
We all know that the gal in Kansas started the Patriot Guard idea, and she seems to want to make sure "everyone" knows it but we also know that their main focus was "Kansas and ALR"! Jeff "Twister" Brown may have been but a "tiny" part of that which become the "Kansas Patriot Guard" but he is the "Leader with forsight" of the Patriot Guard Riders! Yes, the missions are close in nature between the "different Patriot Guard Independents" and the PGR but they need to admit that they "did not", beleive in the SCOPE of a USA wide organization and I don't beleive they'd have open their ranks to "Non-Bikers/Non-Vets", untill they conceded and became a "part" of the Patriot Guard Riders Organization! JMHO.
Jeff, Jason and others took a idea and worked it into a IDEAL! The 60,000 members of the PGR are from the hardwork and long nights of Jeff and his small band of dreamers and they deserve the "total" credit for the Patriot Guard Riders. I'm quite proud to say I'm a "Colorado member of the NATIONAL Patriot Guard Riders. I for one am pls. that we are a "National Level Organzation" and NOT a bunch of "Independent State Level" organizations with no "central leadership" so the MISSIONS can show "National Unity"! Thank you Jeff for the begining and thank to "Snap" for taking us into the future!

It is wonderfull that so many have so much warm and fuzzy things to say about our leaders.
Maybe Jeff should have stuck to the mission statement. Or was his mission to profit from this not for profit missinon. It will take more than words to comfort me .
Just a member that is not too happy , growin pains I guess.
Actions will always speak louder than words.
I am not sure who in leddership I should trust. I trust the people that I have ridden with in several different states, I know their hearts well.
I will always support the mission.
I think some folks need to take a chill pill. Some have compared it to Enron...lmao.... Why do some get so upset when membership cost nothing. If it cost you nothing, please let me know how they run off with your money. DonJ.
I have to agree with everything you said. Thank you Jeff for putting your heart into this great organization! I've had it in my heart but never knew where to put the feelings until the PGR came into my life! I feel that if the "chat rooms" and "crab sessions" (forums) were removed completely and we got back to the basics as to why we are all here, things would be better off! There are a million chat rooms on the internet....find someplace else to complain! There are 67,000 personalities involved with the PGR. Trying to please all is impossible! The amazing part is that we are all here for two reasons...honor and respect. Let's all show a little of both and we'll be alright. Forums for missions only, is the way I see it. Again, Thank You Jeff!
I'm new but I'm backing you and the orginization here from Ga. Here's to you and the great cause for which the PGR stands.
God Bless And Protect Our Troops!
