16 OCT - 4:45 - 5:15PM - Stage at the Cavin-Cook Funeral Home, 494 E. Plaza Dr. (R-150) Mooresville, NC - form flag line at 5:15PM for the duration of the visitation period from 6 to 8:30PM.  Flags will be available for both parts of this mission.

17 OCT - 9:15 - 9:45AM - Stage at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home - Stand for SSG Goodman as he is honorably transferred from the funeral home to the hearse and then provide escort from funeral home to

St. Therese Catholic Church 217 Brawley School Rd. Mooresville, NC 

The family will arrive at 10:00AM

Establish flag line upon arrival at the Church

11:00AM -Funeral Mass

11:45AM - Luncheon at the Church - PGR is invited to break bread with the family. 

13:15PM - Provide escort SSG Goodman from the Church to Salisbury National Cemetery

SSgt Stephen J. Goodman, 82nd Airborne, 10th Mountain Division Military Police Unit passed away Sun 12 Oct 2008 as the result of a motorcycle accident.  SSgt Goodman was active duty Army and was to have deployed to Iraq in a few weeks.   We have been asked by his father to stand for his son.  More information will be posted as soon as it becomes available.
