The Honor Mission for Sgt Dayne D Dhanoolal in Copperas Cove & Killeen, Texas is confirmed.

The mother and family of Sgt. Dhanoolal has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at his Airport arrival on Monday, 7 April 2008 and his memorial service and interment on Friday, 11 April 2008.

Sgt Dhanoolal is scheduled to arrive at Robert Gray Army Airfield on Fort Hood at 1000 hours, 7 April 2008.

Staging will be from 0900-0930 hours at the Clark Road Gate Parking area. Clark Road is just off Hwy 190 near Robert Gray Army Airfield. There is a chance that the funeral procession will go through Fort Hood to Chisholm Funeral Home in Copperas Cove rather than exit Fort Hood by way of the Clark Road Gate. Therefore, we need all riders to arrive prior to 0930 in case an administrative move is necessary.

The Memorial Service and interment of Sgt Danoolal is scheduled for Friday, 11 April 2008 at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, Texas. The time is not yet known as not all arrangements have been completed.

Sgt Danoolal, I'll see you at Fiddler's Green when my time comes. Until then, take care brother and enjoy the pipe and grog under the shade of the trees...

My deepest sympathy to the family of Sgt Dayne D Dhanoolal.  I appreciate all of his contributions to our country and may there be a special place for him in heaven. He gave his 'all' so young.   He has joined the ranks of heroes and I love him for that.  He is America's son, and I am an American.  That makes him partly my loss too. I will never forget.

Our heart felt condolences to the Dhanoolal family and friends in the loss of Dayne. Thank you for his service to this great country. Our prayers go out to God for you in this time of loss. Dyane served to give us the freedom we now enjoy so much and for that he is one of the GREAT AMERICAN HEROS of the land. God bless your family and friends. Wish I could have shaken his hand and told him thank you myself. God tells us that “Greater love hath no man than this that a man lay down his life for his friends.” (John 15:13) As Christ our Lord laid down His life for us that believe in Him for salvation, so your love one has laid down his life for us for our freedom. This act has made him a Super Hero in my heart and I thank-you deeply for this sacrifice made for our freedoms. I pray that God will now bless your lives and help you see how great a thing this is which your loved one has done. Our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Sgt Dayne D Dhanoolal. May God help you though this difficult time and sorrow. Know your loved one was and is a Hero to us all. Our thoughts and prayers are with you always. He will never be forgotten.

Rest Safely and Securely in God's Loving Arms, Dayne.

Going home, going home,
I'm just going home.
Quiet-like, slip away-
I'll be going home.
It's not far, just close by;
Jesus is the Door;
Work all done, laid aside,
Fear and grief no more.
Friends are there, waiting now.
He is waiting, too.
See His smile! See His hand!
He will lead me through.

Morning Star lights the way;
Restless dream all done;
Shadows gone, break of day,
Life has just begun.
Every tear wiped away,
Pain and sickness gone;
Wide awake there with Him!
Peace goes on and on!
Going home, going home,
I'll be going home.
See the Light! See the Sun!
I'm just going home.
