It is my deep regret and sympathy to the family of U.S. Army SFC Jesse B. Albrecht for his loss in the service of our nation. We must treasure our guardians, for it is they who have truly borne the burden for the survival of our Liberty. We must never forget our eternal debt of honor and graditude to men like SFC Albrecht for the service and sacrifices that they bear. May The Almighty God of Our Fathers Abide with all who now most bear the heavy burden of sorrow, may they be visited by comforting angels, and may they find peace and solace in all the days to come.

Another Day, Another Battle, Another Defender has bravely given their hopes, their dreams, their lives for us.

Sgt. 1st Class Albrecht, you have given far more than I have and you have sacrificed much more than I have. In your Brave stand you have given everything that you have and that you are! I THANK YOU!! I THANK YOUR FAMILY!!

Today as the dawn turned to dusk, the bugle sounded, and the flag was lowered to honor your sacrifice!
I found my right hand raisiing to meet the corner of my brow and I stood for several moments, ever so quietly, thanking you with all that I had to offer at that one single moment in time...I SALUTED YOU! I REMEMBERED YOU!

Sgt. Albrecht, Thank You seems like so little to offer to a hero who has made the ultimate sacrifice in order that my children can sleep safely every night, but I do so sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart, and promise you that your courage, dedication and love for your country and fellow man will never, ever be forgotten!! Rest in peace now Soldier. Your duty here is through and Heaven awaits you with the welcoming arms a true hero deserves.
