The Illinois National Guard has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to lead the escort to welcome Hq Co home after their deployment in the sand box. This has been a very trying and emotional deployment. Please join us in welcoming home these American Heroes.
Location: Des Plaines Oasis, eastbound side.
Staging Time: 0845 (8:45am)
Mission Brief: 0915 (9:15am)
Escort to Chicago: following
We will be traveling at highway speeds, please make sure your flags are securely mounted. This is not the time to test out a new flag mounting system.
