Gilbert Bielss, 59, passed away on July 2nd 2009 at 7:25pm. His family has requested the PGR to attend the service and burial of this soldier.
 
Gilbert achieved the rank of Sergeant Major and served for 36 years in different areas and was with the Aviation Support Facility here in Austin. His son is a Blackhawk pilot and just returned from Iraq.
 
It looks like visitation will be Monday Evening, July 6th with services on Tuesday, July 7th at 1pm. Funeral home is Cook Walden Capital Parks in Pflugerville.
 
Please stand by for staging details and make plans to stand tall for this veteran.
