PGR and Veteran Riders, and all interested riders, have been requested to participate in the deployment ceremony of the 225th Engineer HHC, scheduled for the 2nd of December 2008.
Ceremony escort will begin at 930 am at Camp Beaugard, and move to Louisiana College, ( Guinn Auditorium). Ceremony will begin at 1100am. Escort requested if possible from Camp Beaugard to Louisiana College in Pineville. No escort is requested for departing to England Airpark.
At minimum, request flag line support for the area at Louisiana College. This is a Louisiana National Guard unit. And willl be the third unit this year that the LA PGR and Veterans have been involved in. Guinn Auditorium is located at 1140 College Drive, Pineville, LA.
As this is a normal work day, those that are planning to attend, please contact me so that I can provide more information as it becomes available. RC will be required to assist. Flags are available to be on-site.

UPDATE!!
Riders should meet at the Wal-Mart Parking Lot, off Highway 165, Pineville LA at 945am. This area is adjacent to entrance to Camp Beaugard. Libbe Teche, has scouted the area, and recommends this as rally point. A scout of the area, shows that there is a large parking lot adjacent to the auditorium where the final ceremony will be conducted. Should be no problem for parking at this part of the ride.
