To the family of PFC Patrick May; please know that Patrick boarded a C-130 aircraft here at Baghdad International Airport during a ceremony for him attended by over 50 of his fellow comrades-in-arms.  Prayers were said over his flag-drapped coffin by both an Air Force and Army Chaplain and Patrick was given a final salute by all in attendance.  I was present at his departure from Iraq, both as an Air Force officer and a PGR. It was a very moving ceremony.  Patrick is a true American hero and will never be forgotten.
