Rest Safely and Securely in God's Loving Arms, Bruce.

Going home, going home,
I'm just going home.
Quiet-like, slip away-
I'll be going home.
It's not far, just close by;
Jesus is the Door;
Work all done, laid aside,
Fear and grief no more.
Friends are there, waiting now.
He is waiting, too.
See His smile! See His hand!
He will lead me through.

Morning Star lights the way;
Restless dream all done;
Shadows gone, break of day,
Life has just begun.
Every tear wiped away,
Pain and sickness gone;
Wide awake there with Him!
Peace goes on and on!
Going home, going home,
I'll be going home.
See the Light! See the Sun!
I'm just going home.

It is with deep regret that I offer my sympathy to the family of U.S. Army Captain Bruce E. Hays. Our country has lost a guardian, and the price of Liberty and all that it dear to us, has increased immeasurably. I pray to God that we may be worthy of the sacrifice that CPT Hays has made. May we never forget. I also implore Our Eternal Father to ever abide with those who are most dear to this man...keep them safe and ease their pain. And may they travel through all the days to come...with Guardian Angels ever near.

Thank you, Capt. Bruce E. Hays, for your service to this Nation. It is because of patriots such as you that I, my family, and the rest of this great Nation are able to lead the lives we do. It is the soldier that gives us freedom, not the politicians. Only two people ever died for our freedoms. One was Jesus Christ and the other was the American Soldier. The least I can do is pay homage and respect to this Hero and his family.
To the family of this American Hero: We as a nation grieve with you in your loss. His adherence to “Duty to God and Country” will not be forgotten. Death is a time to rejoice in the life someone had and the lives they touched on this earth. Life is but a blink of an eye. May the Great Architect take this Hero and his family into his council, protect and heal them.
