This will be a two part mission:
Please read all details and note at the bottom

Visitation Thursday April 3rd

The family of Spc. Gregory B. Rundell has requested our presence to help in honoring their son who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country in Iraq on March 26th.  It has been relayed to me that it will mean a lot to this family to have our presence there and in helping them honor their son and Hero.

The visitation will be held at the North St. Paul High School from 4pm-8pm for the general public.  We will stage at 1:15pm in the parking lot at the Church of St. Marks.  This church is about a 1/2 block away from the school (2499 North Helen Street North St. Paul, MN 55109)  The family will arrive at about 2:30pm so I would like to have the flagline in place as they arrive so we are there for them.

I send my heartfelt condolences to the family of Spc Gregory B. Rundell. Please know your loved one is a hero in the hearts of true patriots all across America. Many of our citizens will never know the sacrifices made by those who defend our freedoms, or the sacrifices made by their families and loved ones…as a veteran, I know. Jesus said, “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends”. Though I did not know Gregorypersonally, his sacrifice and service to the United States of America makes him my “friend”. God be with you.

Our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Spc. Gregory B. Rundell. May God help you though this difficult time and sorrow. Know your son was and is a Hero to us all. Our thoughts and prayers are with you always. He will never be forgotten.

Rest Safely and Securely in God's Loving Arms, Gregory.

Going home, going home,
I'm just going home.
Quiet-like, slip away-
I'll be going home.
It's not far, just close by;
Jesus is the Door;
Work all done, laid aside,
Fear and grief no more.
Friends are there, waiting now.
He is waiting, too.
See His smile! See His hand!
He will lead me through.

Morning Star lights the way;
Restless dream all done;
Shadows gone, break of day,
Life has just begun.
Every tear wiped away,
Pain and sickness gone;
Wide awake there with Him!
Peace goes on and on!
Going home, going home,
I'll be going home.
See the Light! See the Sun!
I'm just going home.
