KSU:
 8:15 AM

This is an ideal escort for all military supporters as there will be LITTLE OR NO MOTORCYCLE ESCORT involved.   A great opportunity to appreciate our service members no matter what you ride.  All you need is honor and respect for this homecoming and enjoy the family’s reunion. Bring a flag.

Flag line at the Abraham Lincoln Capitol Airport in Springfield will be set up (indoors at the arrival gate) prior to their arrival at 8:25AM for the honor of friends and family awaiting their arrival expected at 8:50.  There is ample free parking at the airport.  They will be tired and depart after a brief welcome so this shouldn’t take long and you can still make the 80 miles to the honor mission for David Bebout later the same day!

Welcome Home! Wow, it certainly was exciting to see the families reunite today. From little ones clinging to daddy's legs to a reunited couple that were married prior to his deployment. Again, Welcome Home to this great land.
