MAJ George L. Glass II, United States Army
The Glass Family has requested Flag Line Honors to celebrate the Life and Service of MAJ George L. Glass II, United States Army. MAJ Glass has been serving with the Active Service of the US Army.
This will be a 3 part mission: Check the calendar often to keep up with the mission.
PART 1: Arrival to Minnesota:

1700 – Kickstands up/Cage doors shut

Bring a 3x5 flag and pole, water, and everything you need to be self sufficient. Dress for the weather, this will be a rain or shine mission. Come prepared for any type of weather, upper 40's to lower 50's, good chance of rain.

My family and I wish to send our condolences to the family and friends of Major George L. Glass II. You are a HERO to our country for standing for our freedom so that we may have the liberties that we enjoy everyday. Thank you for your service and sacrifice. You will NEVER be forgotten.
Our prayers and well wishes go out to your family as they try to get through this grievous time.

Many times he would cast an eye home and see his family standing there ... needing his guidance and help ... needing that hand to hold during those hard times ... but he still stood the watch.
He stood the watch for years, He stood the watch so that we, our families, and our fellow countrymen could sleep soundly in safety each and every night knowing that a Warrior stood the watch.
Today we are here to say “Friend, the watch stands relieved. Relieved by those you have led, guided, and trained. You stand relieved. We have the watch.”
