SALUTE TO OUR VETERANS

NEW MARTINSVILLE, WV

NOVEMBER 7TH, 2009

For the second year, the Patriot Guard has been invited to participate in the opening ceremony to honor our veterans.

This will take place at the New Martinsville United Methodist Church located at 10 Howard Jeffers Drive, New Martinsville, WV beginning at 9:30 AM. We have been requested to stand a flag line for the ceremonies.

Following the ceremony, service providers will be available from 10:00 to 2:00 to hand out information which includes the Patriot Guard. We will need volunteers to man our table.

The RC for this event will be posted as soon as available. Staging time will be announced by the RC.

Remember to bring your 3 X 5 flag for the flag line.

Mike and Susan Whitlatch have graciously agreed to be temporary Ride Captains for this event, however, due to a prior commitment to assist Boatsie's Boxes with items for our troops, will be required to depart NLT 1200. PLEASE, anyone who is able to attend and can assist with manning our table, make your intentions known ASAP.

Follow the mission thread for staging time and location.
Respects,
Joe

From Mike Whitlatch, Temp RC for this mission:

Any who wishes to attend Please let me know asap so i can determine a staging time / place.

We had a really good crowd last year. As of now, I only know of 3 members that will be there. We would like to have as many as possible there to Salute our Veterans.
