Ralph Kovnesky, father of Patriot Guard Rider Vickie Kuechler, passed away and we are honored that the family requested the PGR escort Ralph on his final ride.  Ralph served in the U.S. Army from 1959 to 1965. He then became a Milwaukee County Police Officer from 1965 to 1970, including motorcycle duty. He was then a Milwaukee County Sheriff's Deputy from 1970 until he retired in 1994.
 
He always enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and fittingly the family will have this Hero taken from the funeral home on a Harley Davidson Hearse. The family has held formal services in Arizona where Ralph had retired.
