THIS IS A CONFIRMED MISSION,

FAMILY HAS asked for PGR participation for this soldier.

Chief of Causalty Assistance at Fort Polk has been contacted to get information on time and date of return of soldier to stateside.

Confirmation of mission completed by the Arlington National RC. Local news paper has no new information.

Will update as information becomes available.

PGR has been invited by the spouse to attend services for this American Hero
in his home state of Louisiana and also his burial at Arlington National
Cemetery.  Once details are finalized, check back here for mission plans for
LA and check the separate ANC thread for mission plans there.

Sgt Brandon Augustus  was found dead in his quarters last week in Germany,
while home on R&R leave, and the cause is being investigated.

Brandon, originally from Baton Rouge, LA, was a medic assigned to C Company,
47th Forward Support battalion, 1st Armored division, deployed in Iraq.  His
wife and 4 year old son were with him in Germany
