I joined the Wisconsin Army National Guard during my junior year of highschool in 1996; and I am currently a SSG in the AGR program. I first heard of the PGR on television when WI was first enacting the Fallen Heroes law. Although it took me awhile at first to join; I have since become hooked and have even become the Madison area RC. The PGR and their actions will never cease to amaze me. You are all true Americans!
