Was in the Reserves most of the time. Called-up a couple of times. Never saw any "action," but sure trained for it!
Several WWII and Vietnam veterans were my inspiration to join the Marines. Thank-you, forever. I have lost some very close friends in combat. I have had to pull funeral details and I know in my heart how solemn and holy a funeral service needs to be.
I am proud of my country and forever indebted to all of those who serve in our armed forces.
Thank-you PGR for standing firm with honor, diginity, and bearing. All of you are an inspiration for me to join you. Thank-you.
