I am retired USPS, and also 30+ years Volunteer Fire Department on Long Island. While I never was able to serve, I have spent a good portion of my life doing what I can for our Veterans. I believe that everyone living in this country owe them a tremendous debt. I spearheaded Operation: Phone Home through the Vero Beach Post Office. In 6 months we were able to send over 1000 Phone Cards to troops serving overseas.
