I dabble in Beagle rescue. I'm a true American Patriot. Born and raised in Oklahoma. Lived in Texas ( Austin and DFW area ) for fourteen years while working for Delta Air Lines. Now living in Atlanta. Ga. Still With Delta. I feel like I have found my true calling through the PGR - promoting patriotism. I am very proud of what we do. Each time I see a service member, in the grocery store, at the gas station, wherever, I make it a point to tell them "thank you for your service" and let them know I'm with the PGR and we support them. I am truly honored to be a part of this group. I've often heard, through the media and other people, that Patriotism in this country is dead. That being said - I met a PGR member on one of my recent missions here in Georgia who's originally from across the pond. In talking with him I learned he's lived in several different countries. I asked him what he thought of the US. It's not a direct quote, but his reply was 'if people think the US is messed up, they need to come and see this ( us riding for a fallen hero )'. What other country honors their fallen soldiers like we do? Being a member of, and riding with, the PGR makes me proud to be an AMERICAN. I'm proud to have served this great nation of ours, and proud that I can honor those that have served, through the PATRIOT GUARD.
