 I started in the PGR after my husband insisted that I attend a mission because I kept telling him he was going too far with this and was getting too emotionally involved. My first mission was for Captain Joshua Steele and I will never forget it. I believe once you have done a mission, no matter if it is for a soldier's funeral, a welcome home or a memorial you will get such a deep sense of humility and honor to be part of this organization that you will continue to do whatever you can to go on to the next mission. It's not about us. It's about what each and every soldier has done to defend the freedoms that we have today.
