 I'm a former Marine Corps infantry officer.
My father was assigned to an Army Engineering Battalion that assembled tank bridges across rivers during the Korean War.
My oldest son is an infantry officer in the Army.
My youngest son is a member of 2nd Bn, 7th Special Forces Group currently in Afghanistan.
