Grew up in a small town in central Iowa. Joined the Illinois Army National Guard while attending Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1999, switched to Active Army in 2001. Was stationed at Fort Campbell, Ky with the 101st. Became a mom in 2002 and ETS in 2004. Returned to Illinois to continue my education, attended Western Illinois University in Macomb from June 2004 til May 2006, recieved my Bachelor's of Science this past May. Moved to Des Plaines and started working in Skokie, June 1st.
