Just a final reminder to those of you who will be meeting up at the Quick Trip on Noland Road in Independence tomorrow. We will be leaving at 0700 SHARP! It is only a 35 minute ride up to Platte City but due to the size of the entire group it would be best if we got there a few minutes early to give Doc a good bike count. Thanks to everyone who decided to tag along and attend the mission in Lee's Summit/Independence later tomorrow afternoon. Anyone else who would like to make it please get with me tomorrow in Platte City or St. Joe.
Ride Safe!

My condolescences to the family. To those meeting in Platte City, around mile marker 30 there should be a future patriot rider to send you good vibes from an overpass (1.5 yr old and I). I wish I had a bike so I could join in. I will be with you all in spirit.

Another outstanding response from the PGR. The rider count was over 200 and lots of flags at the church. I'm so impressed by the diversity of the PGR and the way everyone conducts themselves. I hope the family and friends of PFC Bradbury receive some comfort from the actions of the those who attempted to honor Brian.

Initial count 229 bikes; final count including LEO scooters 233 scooters. SSG Sandborne, my Spartan Brother; Thank you for taking a few moments to troop the line. Thank you standing by PFC Bradbury's side from A-stan to Saint Joe to White Cloud. Please contact your neighbor in W-town for additional information requests.
PGR: To all who could attend and especially the first mission riders--AWESOME job. Thank you all for standing with us and by PFC Bradbury's family. You have honored this hero in an exemplary manner and provided a level of dignity to his family that will never be tarnished.
Thank you to the radio stations for getting the word out and to all the LEOs for a magnificent traffic control plan during the escort.
Thank you Pittsburg for running flag support--which is the mark to which all states admire and are adopting.
Job well done to all. |

Once again thanks to each and everyone that came to show support for this fallen hero. It was great to shake every hand, and thank so many veterans. You were all terrific and as Big Dog said, we cannot do it without you. To everyone that helped and especially Big Dog, Phedup, and Whirlwind, ..... great job. To the Bradbury Family, I send my condolences , your son is a NATIONAL AMERICAN HERO. I cannot say enough, but what I do say is that I have yet to leave a mission ride without shedding a tear, and suffering a bit of the loss myself.
God Bless You All, Ride Safe

Oustanding job done by all Patriot Guard Riders at this mission for our great fallen hero. A high salute to Big Dog for a great job getting everything coordinated and seeing to all the needs of this mission. What a great captain he is! A great job done by all of the "first mission" riders at this mission. Thanks to all of the people who brought all of those 344 flags. What an inspiring site to see! The objectives of the Patriot Guard Riders were carried out with dignity, honor and respect at this mission. I was deeply moved several times at this mission and was very honored to have the privilege to attend. I was very fortunate at this mission to have my wife, my mother (and her husband) and my aunt and uncle to have joined us. They all stood on the line and held their great American flags proudly. It was their first experience of this type and like myself, they were truely honored to be there helping us and doing the right thing. They will never forget it. They wanted to know first hand what we did and wanted to be a part of what we do. This mission, as all of the previous 5 missions that I have had the honor and privilege to attend, went perfectly and this was due to the wonderful, dedicated people of the great Patriot Guard Riders organization. You make it happen!
God bless Pfc. Brian J. Bradbury and his family. |

| I want to thank again the Family of Pfc. Bradbury for allowing me to ride in honor for this fallen hero. It was so awesome to see so many new faces and have this mission come out a success. I know that is in no little part due to Big Dog, Phedup, and Whirlwind, and the great members of the PGR. Pfc. Bradbury will always be in my thoughts as will his family in my prayers. Outstanding job all. On a personal note, to Tim (whom I rode home with), thanks for being here on your first PGR ride and it was a pleasure meeting you. It was also a sight to see the whole town of White Cloud come out and show their support as well. Thank you to the Soldiers Angels, the American Legion Post in St. Joe, the American Legion Post in White Cloud, and the officers that escorted us. This was truly an amazing show of support. God bless to everyone. |

Lord, hold our troops in your loving hands. Protect them as they protect us. Bless them and their families for the selfless acts they perform for us in our time of need. I ask this in the name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

| As a new P.G. member and a Viet Nam vetern, this was my first mission ride and I can not begin to tell you how impressed I was. I can only imagine the emotional impact on the family as thay made the turn into the church, the personal "thanks you's" that I received was very emotional for me. The suppot for thier fallen family member by so many total strangers had to be very impactful. I admire everyone involved and look forward to supporting as many future mission rides as I can. |

A big thanks to "Big Dog", "Doc" and every single Patriot Rider !
..... and the biggest thank you to the family and friends of Brian Bradbury. Without all of you he wouldn't be the wonderful individual he became. He will always be remembered in a good light! |

St. Joe was my first mission, and it may have been the most gratifying, incredible thing I have ever done. I was honored to be a part of such a worthy cause. The organization and class with which everyone conducted the mission was a sight to behold.
As the son of a Vietnam vet that hitchhiked home from the airport after discharge (to a notable lack of parades), it was very fulfilling to help give PFC Bradbury a sendoff worthy of a soldier. I'll do everything I can to be on the next mission.
Thanks to all, and great job. BT |

This was my first mission as well and I must say I was very impressed with the way everybody handled themselves. Very friendly and professional. I will definitely be participating in other missions. Now, I just need to figure out how to mount a flag on the ol' Busa.

My name is Curtis Jacobs. I was on this mission with the Patriot Guard. I am a relatively new member. I do not own a bike, but I have been warmly accepted as a member. I showed up to this mission with my blue convertable Chrysler Sebring and had it decorated with American flag type of items.
Some of you may remember me, as I was with a lady her two grandchildren, and stood there with you before the services.
The following are some of my after thoughts of how this mission went:
The entrance to the service was impressive. The entire route into the service was lined with American flags. Following the service, some departed to attend the mission in Independence, most choosing to stay for the service in St. Joseph. I believe there were something like 250 bikes for this mission. It was impressive.
Not having a bike, I brought up the very rear of the procession, followed by a Deputy Sheriff. From the rear of the procession, I can tell you that law enforcement took great care of our procession. The Deputy Sheriff would not allow anyone to pass into the procession. While on the highway, the Deputy Sheriff drove in the middle of the highway and protected the empty lane from being entered into.
I was never at a point where I could see the entire procession. I was later informed that the procession was approximately 7 miles long. During the drive to the cemetary, law enforcement took great care to block our route. To accomplish this for the entire route, there must have been at least 50 law enforcement officers involved.
The route to the cemetary was about an hour and half. All the way there, people were stopped on the side of the road. Very few proceeded to drive opposing the procession. The number of times people were on the side of the road with waving flags was too numerous to count. My girlfriend cried (first time) about 5 miles from turning on highway 7 to go north to White Cloud. On the side of the road was a young man who appeared to be about 25. From his appearance, his stature, his nature, one would have the impression that he is either current service, or prior service. He stood there on the side of the road in front of his vehicle at a full attention with a stiff salute. He had apparantly stood there saluting for the entire procession.
Before arriving to White Cloud, we could see the aircraft performing a fly over. There were between 4 to 6 aircraft in the fly over. I was not able to identify the aircraft.
But the tear jerker moment of the procession was when we entered the small town of White Cloud. This town appeared to have a population of only a couple of hundred people. Yet, that town was lined with hundreds of people wearing red, white, and blue. American flags covered the streets. Anyone that road through White Cloud that did not shed a tear must have had their eyes closed. I admit, I cried.
Thank you to the Patriot Guard for welcoming a member, such as I, who has no bike, but is proud to be there with you, even though (as I was in my military service), I was "In the rear, drinking the beer, protecting the gear".
I will try and make as many missions as I can.
Thanks again for your support and great work.
