May God be with the family and friends of this true american hero. I don't know yet about thu night but will be there early Fri, sun screen applied, and flag flying high to honor Caleb & family. I agree with Chris, if we stay 100% focused on the family the only thing the others will see is what they deserve to see, our backsides.  I will be leaving Peru IL about 5:30 AM if anyone cares to join me.

Max,

Coming in from the south on 41 would it be better to pick 34 around town or is it too congested using Henderson from the south. Appreciate the advice.

Max has been at it again. He made the front page of the Galesburg newspaper.  Well done.  Nice article on front page of Galesburg Register-Mail can be seen at www.register-mail.com "Funeral Draws Protestors".  Respect folks.  It's all about respect for the fallen and their family and friends.

Nice article, but now I need clarification. The article says the rally is between 8:00 and 8:30. Is the briefing still scheduled for 9:30 with departure at 9:45?

ALWAYS depend on the PGR site for the PGR timing details.  I think Max was referring to the rider meeting that we always have before we depart the staging area. You can't go wrong getting there early so you are present for all updates and/or changes.

Thanks for the responses and we will see you all tomorrow morning for this mission. I missed a departure from a rally point in IN last month because I forgot about the time change between Chicago and Indianapolis so I am really sensitive to the time issues now. It will be an honor to ride for Pfc Lufkin, his family, community and friends.

With respect,

Just a thought...

Those who are organizing rally points - if you are willing to share your cell number, you might want to consider posting it so those planning to meet up with you can contact you if necessary after we are offline and on the road...
