Thank you for sharing sbsun site and your photos...

This mission was heartbreaking, as they all are...
But, perhaps it's because guys our age see these brave young Men an Women as our sons and daughters,
and as time rolls along, even as our Grandchildren, who are willing to stand up for Our Country...
We have so much to be thankful for, and top of the list is our Heros in the Military.

I spoke with Chris (Hannah's husband) this morning. He seems to be doing as good as can be expected. He is going back to Ft. Lewis next week and try to get out of the army. He's gonna go to school in some pharmaceutical field. I thought cool, now maybe we can get our drugs at a discount. He's a good man and I wish him well and gave him my cell # and told him to call if he ever needed anything.

Dog tag report: again the numbers didn't add up we had 50 dog tags and ended up with 72 bucks. You guys are something else.

My work is having a car/bike show Oct. 1st. with bands and entertainment. It is a fund raiser for the childrens hospital. It's in Canoga Canoga park, Ca. 6633 Canoga Ave. Home of Rocketdyne, the builders of rocket motors. The F1 motor is on display. The one that put us on the moon. NO ALCOHOL. Please join us if you can, it's for a good cause. The childrens hospital.

God bless and protect our troops.

Mission Complete.

Thank You to all that showed up today to Honor this hero.

First of all Thank You Andy Grow and Rock for picking up the Book "GONE WITH THE WIND" it was Hannah's Favorite Book.

Picking it up and having us sign it was a Great Juster, Thanks Brothers.

We had 35 bikes and four cages and the weather was cooler then we have had lately.

We were escorted by the Redland Police and as we rode the 35 miles to the Riverside National Cemetery, we encounter zero Traffic which gave us the needed time to be at the Cemetery.

Everyone was a delight and as always very Respectful of the Hero and Her Family.

Hannah's Husband Christopher Thank us many times for being there for him and his family.

A lot of Family and Friends for Pfc Hannah L. McKinney came up to us after the Service and Thanked us for being there.  Some did not know or hear of the Patriot Guard and some of the guys like Joe G., TCool, Andy, Rock, Kirby and other were proud to explain what our Mission was all about.  Again Thanks everyone,  It's amazing how wonderful it is to have people there to comfort the Families of these Hero's and to give each other comfort also.

We also had a few FNG's this time.  One especially was Bob Gregory who was a recipient of the Navy Cross.  As he told many people about his experiences in the Nam I looked at him as he stood there so proud to be able to support this Family also.  Bob my Brother Thank You for you Service and Welcome Home and everyone else who showed up today.  Again I will say with Pride I'm Glad you are all part of the PGR and part of my family also.  You Guys and Gals are super and I Love each one of you.

SEMPER-FI--------ALWEAYS FAITHFUL--------NEVER FORGET--------

Your Brother always, Pegleg
