FOOD

I have been discussing lodging with PGR member David Jennerman [djennerman]. We have both posted above regarding available lodging.

It turns out David owns a restaurant in Ladysmith called the The Woodshed Restaurant and Coffee Shop.

It is located at 218 E Worden Ave. This is 9 blocks north of Hwy 27, and two blocks south of Hwy 8. I plan to be there for Sunday dinner.

David's directions:

It is 2 blocks south of the Court House. You would turn right instead of turning down big bridge on HWY 8. Go 2 blocks south. We are right on the corner across from the stop sign. Brown building with flags hanging outside both doors. You are welcome there if looking for a place for good chow.

Thanks for all your help David. Take care of your back. See you Sunday.

ATTN: MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL SOUTH METRO & SOUTHERN MN RIDERS:

UPDATED AS TO TIME CHANGE FROM TC METRO RIDE CAPTAIN

I'm still pretty new at this so I hope I'm not stepping out of bounds here, but I'd like to put forward a suggested rallying point for riders in the south metro area and points even further south. I'm going to plan on starting out from the McDonald's/truck stop (McStop) located at I-35 and County Road 70 in Lakeville; leaving there at 0600. From there, I'm headed north up I-35/I-35E to Forest Lake and then on US-8 in to Lindstrom to meet up at the official PGR-MN rally point organized by the Twin Cities Metro Ride Captain, Iceman567, a few posts back. I would welcome anyone who wants to meet me at McStop and ride together to Lindstrom. We should get there approximately 0700, allowing plenty of time to refuel and have a cup of coffee before the larger group heads out for Ladysmith at 0800 and arriving at the staging area there by 0945.
