My deepest condolences to the friends, family and comrades of MSgt Thomas A. Crowell. As a ride captain, I have done many honor missions and felt a great loss at each and every one. But, as an Air Force brother, I feel this emptiness personally. MSgt Crowell, you will always be remembered for your selfless actions, dedication to duty and your concern for your fellow airmen. These are the qualities of a true American Hero. Your actions reflect greatly upon yourself and the United States Air Force. Stand down, brother, we have the watch.

To MSgt. Thomas A. Crowell,
A great man once said, "Poor is the Nation that has no Heroes, Shameful is the one that, having them, Forgets".  We will never forget the duty, service, honor, faithfulness and sacrifice you have given to our nation.  You are now in the great cloud of witnesses cheering us on.  We will not falter, We will not fail, We will not weaken.

To the family of MSgt. Thomas A. Crowell,
I pray that our heavenly Father may assuage the anguish of your bereavement, and leave you only the cherished memory of the loved and lost, and the solemn pride that must be yours to have laid so costly a sacrifice upon the altar of freedom.” (Lincoln to Mrs. Bixby 21 Nov 1864).  We will continually be praying for your family at our church.  God is strengthening you.

Sam

Our most heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of SA Crowell...

Thank you so much for allowing the PGR here in the Capitol Region to attend his services at Andrews AFB and Arlington National Cemetery.  It was an honor to stand and ride for him today.

I wish you peace and healing, with the knowledge that he is our Hero too.  Our brother too.

SA Crowell, never forgotten.
