Flag Bikes needed early morning escort!
The Tamez family has requested a flag bike escort early tomorrow morning from their house to the funeral home. If you have a flag bike and can make it to Galveston staging area at 08:15 please do so.

Staging Location:
Surplus Warehouse parking lot at 5915 Broadway, Galveston, TX.
Next to the Enterprise Rent A Car , just over the bridge on the right side.
The rest of our members will still stage at the same location between 09:30 - 10:45 .

I would like to pass along the Thanks Yous all the members of the Tamez family want you have for being there today to honor Eddie. There were very touched by the support you showed. The Major also wanted to pass alone his appreciation of of riders today and Thursday during the escort.
Together we did a good thing today, we helped provide a hero a fiting spend off. Never forget what Spc. Eddie D. Tamez gave us, he gave all.

The City of Galveston and the Patriot Guard stood tall Saturday to honor this fallen soldier. It was a privilege to be able to participate. I uploaded a few pictures here.
