I unforunately will not be able to attend the funeral, I will be in Camp Dodge for Firearms Instructor Recert on Tuesday, so I would like to give my regards to Daniel Sesker and his family. First of all my co worker served with Daniel in Kosovo for 6 months and had nothing but good to say on how dedicated he was to serving his country. Not only did he serve his country over seas he also served his country and community on a daily basis here in Iowa as a police officer. May God give you a special place in Heaven.

Meeting point for the Spc. Daniel Sesker mission will be at the Ogden, Iowa High School at 8:45. My group will leave the TA Truck Stop at the Lake Manawa exit in Council Bluffs at 6am. Our route will be I-80 to Hwy 169 exit (exit 110) then North to Ogden. The family has requested that we escort them to the Cemetery as part of the procession. We will be behind the Police and in front of the hearse. Our position at the funeral will be up at the High School as an Honor Guard. We want NONE of our members near the UG's as per the Police Chief. We must keep all attention toward our fallen Hero and away from the UG's. Remember, They Do Not Exist |

My wife and I will try to attend. Due to getting kids to school prior we may be late for the 0845 meeting. Also, since we will be on four wheels instead of two, how will this work for us? If we are late for the meeting how should we proceed? I am at work and only scanning this thread so the answers I seek may be in here and I will read it more completely tonight when I get home. We will be coming out of the Otho/Fort Dodge area. |

Brandon,
If at all possible, try to call sue's cell when you come through Tama. We could then meet up somewhere in the area of Hwy 30 and Hwy 14 intersection on the south side of Marshalltown

| Addition to the mission. The UG's are planning on a protest at the Des Moines VA Center at 1:30pm. Anyone who's interested, I plan on going to Des Moines after Ogden. It's bad enough that they go after the families of fallen heros but now they're going after our wounded. Below are the maps to the Des Moines VA. |

Wendi and I are making a business run to Des Moines after the mission so we just may swing by the VA if we are there at the right time. |
