Our deepest heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the family and friends of P. O. 1st Class Cory J. Helman, our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Cory, THANK YOU, for your service and sacrifice for our country.

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. John 15:13.

Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you, Jesus Christ, and the American Soldier. One died for your sins, the other for your freedom.

Our sincere condolences to all those who murn the passing of Petty Officer Helman.

I/we will try to be available for this mission.

Those heroes who make the ultimate sacrifice do not pass on alone. They are carried from the fields of battle by the Valkyr to Valhall. Here they will live on with all those who have gone on before to await the final and ultimate battle, Ragnarök.

==============================

When a mans heart is full of deceit it burns up, dies and a dark shadow falls over his soul. From the ashes of a once great man has risen a curse, a wrong that must be righted. We look to the skies for a vindicator, someone to strike fear into the black hearts of the same men who created him. The battle between good and evil has begun. Against an army of shadows comes the Dark Warrior, the purveyor of good, with a voice of silence and a mission of justice. - Steve "Sting" Borden

Fair winds and following seas my brother. I'll meet you in Davey Jones locker. It's a funny thing about sailors, the way they get along. They come from different worlds, to live in one where no one belongs. Yet, I would give my life for them, I know some have for me. Just bury me with sailors, for I miss their company.

In memory and gratitude of all who chose to pick up a weapon and stand the watch. Never has so many depended on so few. Bury me with men like these, I miss their company.

Ride Report

P.O. 1st Class Cory J. Helman, New Richmond, WI

Please accept this ride report as Rocci has not posted on this forum.  When the chips are down in that part of the state, our Brothers and Sisters from Minnesota are always there to answer the call.  On both days more than half the PGR were Minnesota people (within an hour’s ride for most of them). My count had 28 for Friday and 74 for Saturday with about a dozen bikes today.  “Braver” souls than I, though many getting off their scoots used harsher words for themselves.  Weather was on and off both days, meaning the level and temperature of the rain varied though it seldom stopped.

          The wonderful church family at Prairie View Covenant treated us like, well, family.  Reverend King and his wife are typical of the exceptionally warm and welcoming congregation.  One of the members told me that they heard within two days of planning this event that some Uninvited Guests may appear but Senior Ride Captain Paul Tousignant called the same day and told them we’d be there and they were completely relieved.

          There is one additional post in Minnesota for many who had questions and comments.  I hope everyone made it home safely.
