Cpl Wilks, you are so truly appreciated. You stand now a hero at heaven's gates; rest easy there, Kyle, and know you will never be forgotten here.

Thank you for your service and sacrifice in defending and protecting our freedoms. As a nation we mourn your loss, and we will remember you always as a true American hero. To the family, I offer my prayers and support. I understand a little of what you are going through-my son, a Marine LCpl, was killed in Iraq. I pray wonderful memories of your dear warrior help eventually to ease the pain you endure today. Your hero will never be forgotten-he leaves a legacy of honor and courage that few will ever achieve. God bless you. Julie Francis, Matt's Mom

Thank you for the mission you gave to your life in protecting our freedoms, and striving to give others, theirs. The lives of you and the men and women who have gone before you are raised high, and not given in vain. I honor you, and pray that our children will learn to do the same throughout coming generations. God bless your family, and may they keep their memories alive and rejoice in the life of a hero.

Cpl Wilks, your sacrifice will never be forgotten. You gave your all. No man could do more. I was proud to escort you from the airport today to the funeral home. As I said to your mother in front of the terminal this morning, I'm here to honor you and your family because you are my brother. God bless you and your family. Even as I write this evening in the safety of my home, my tears continue. Go now, my brother, and be welcomed into the hallowed halls of heroes reserved for America's finest and bravest.

Tomorrow is a go for me. Still not sure about Ruffy. She's working on it.
We'll be leaving around 5 am., and traveling down hwy 43, will pick up hwy. 71  south of  Joplin, on down to Bentonville, then to Rogers. Might hook up with AJ somewhere along the line.
See you all there.

Fred if you want me to bring flags (200), call me by 11:00 pm., and I can have them loaded in about 30 minutes. Let me know buddy.
