The PGR does an amazing service for our fallen, I know Mark would have been touched. I lost contact with Ssgt. Barrette several years ago and was shocked and saddened to hear the news. We met working at Kokomo's in Irvine when he was an instructor at SOI; we were close friends until my life took me in a different direction. He was an amazing man with a great heart, he will be missed by all. He died senselessly but he died doing what he loved the most.
