It had been my intention to make this mission, unfortunately with vehicle problems, I regret that I will not be able to attend. Luckily I hadn't put in to be on the bus. Even if I had, Fridley is way too far for me at this time with my van acting up.

Man, I wanted so to make this mission, and the weather was good enough to ride.  Unfortunately, my epilepsy struck and I had a bad seizure day yesterday, and was down.  Still wiped out.  Hope all went well, and hope the family of Ssgt Troy Schultz the Peace that passes all understanding, and the Blessings of our Lord.

Curiousity killed the cat, but for a while, I was a suspect.

It was an honor to be present yesterday at Ssgt. Troy Schultz' funeral. Thank you to the family for the invitation, and also for the community for treating us with the great hospitality as you did when we were able to honor SSg Joshua Hanson. Stand down Ssgt. Schultz, your mission is complete. Sincerely, David K. Pagel. Fargo. N.D.

I was deeply honored to ride for SSG. Schultz Sunday. I want to thank the family for the invitation to show our respects for his service to our country.
Stand down now Troy and go with God to your reward, so richly deserved.

November 12, 2006 was not the warmest day of November but the hearts of the 75 Patriot Guard Riders that came to Pelican Rapids were indeed warm.  I can say that my heart was over joyed to see all or you.  The bus arrived from Minneapolis area that had make stops along the way to pick up PGR member. Many of you came in cages.  There was a local bus to provide cage rider transportation to the cemetery for the internment.  More bikes then I expected, 15 in all, some form quite a distance..  Everyone was dressed for the weather and I did not hear one complaint. The day went as planed, fresh coffee and donuts donated by Mr. Bakken and cookie by Larry' Market warmed us against the cold.  We lined the entrance to the High school and stood with reverence to honor SSgt Troy Schultz.  I talked with Troy's father and he told me to thank all of you.  He said that when he heard the Bikes round the corner and come to a stop in front of the school the Patriot Guard had arrived.  He could not believe that we would come and stand in the cold for someone we did not know.  I can not begin to say how I felt as I watch all of you stand with flags high for almost 3 hours both at the school and cemetery.  I can only say that I know why everything came together so well.  It was because all the cooperation and assistance that I received form all of you.
Thank you!

==============================

When a mans heart is full of deceit it burns up, dies and a dark shadow falls over his soul. From the ashes of a once great man has risen a curse, a wrong that must be righted. We look to the skies for a vindicator, someone to strike fear into the black hearts of the same men who created him. The battle between good and evil has begun. Against an army of shadows comes the Dark Warrior, the purveyor of good, with a voice of silence and a mission of justice. - Steve "Sting" Borden
