 I have spoke with the family. There are no Hard details yet, however "anticipate" the following to occur toward the end of the week/weekend:
Escort from O'hare to E. Peoria, Deiters Funeral Home
No Honor Guard request at this time.
Flag line at Funeral Home as we normally do.
Escort from Funeral Home to Cemetary, LakeView in Pekin.
Flag line at Cemetary.

I will provide detailed info once it has been confirmed.

Again, my condolences to the family of SPC Obourn. The Patriot Guard is Honored to have the privelage to show our respect and support for your Son.............your family......................our Hero............................
