Our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Danny Ray Helm, Army Veteran. May God help you though this difficult time and sorrow. He is one of America's Heroes that will never be forgotten.

Rest Safely and Securely in God's Loving Arms, Danny.

Going home, going home,
I'm just going home.
Quiet-like, slip away-
I'll be going home.
It's not far, just close by;
Jesus is the Door;
Work all done, laid aside,
Fear and grief no more.
Friends are there, waiting now.
He is waiting, too.
See His smile! See His hand!
He will lead me through.

Morning Star lights the way;
Restless dream all done;
Shadows gone, break of day,
Life has just begun.
Every tear wiped away,
Pain and sickness gone;
Wide awake there with Him!
Peace goes on and on!
Going home, going home,
I'll be going home.
See the Light! See the Sun!
I'm just going home.

Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you: 1. Jesus Christ. 2. The American G.I. One died for your soul, the other for your Freedom.

Danny Ray Helm, Thank you for you service. May you rest in God's heaven. My condolences to you family and friends.

Stand proud my soldier

For my armed forces I proudly stand, thankful for their sacrifice flag in hand.
They gave their life so mine could be free, they held the line just for me.
Their lives were given for God and country, not for the glory or for the money.
Their shift was long and their pay was short, they proudly stand now in Gods court.
He smiles upon them and takes their hand, at attention in heaven they proudly stand.
You’ve done your job and I ask you in, at ease my soldier you’re now among friends.
Here above you can watch and see, that old glory still fly’s and your country is free.
So many like you are here and their lives they gave, so their family’s can be free and your flag can wave.
There is a flag draped coffin just for you, the colors upon it are red, white, and blue.
For awhile your family may take it hard, but for you and for them stand the Patriot Guard.

Finally Home! What a long weekend; that started last Thursday when I got the call of Danny’s passing and ended with the service today. Today was very emotional for me, and to have my PGR brothers and sisters there to Honor him made it so very special to me and his family. Thanks to everyone that attended this mission today for Danny and a special thanks to those of you who allowed his daughters to ride along with you to the cemetery. His daughters asked me pass on a special thank you for making this day special for them.

Traci, Thank you for allowing the PGR to attend this mission and Honor Danny for his service to our Nation. Tabi, Bethany and Gracie, My heart breaks for you and I pray that your pain goes away quickly and your happy memories of your dad fill your thoughts God bless you all.

A Mother asked President Bush, "Why did my Child have to die in Iraq?" Another Mother asked President Kennedy,"Why did my Child have to die in Vietnam?" Another Mother asked President Truman, "Why did my Child have to die in Korea?" Another Mother asked President F.D. Roosevelt,"Why did my Child have to die at Iwo Jima ?" Another Mother asked President W. Wilson, "Why did my Child have to die on the battlefield of France ?" Yet another Mother asked President Lincoln,"Why did my Child have to die at Gettysburg ?" And yet another Mother asked President G.Washington, "Why did my Child have to die near Valley Forge?" Long, long ago a Mother (Mary) asked, "Heavenly Father, why did my Child have to die on a cross outside Jerusalim?" All the answers are so near the same. One died to save our Souls and the others died to protect our Freedoms.
