The Fallen... Through Their Memory They Still Give...
We thought of you with love today But that is nothing new. We thought about you yesterday And days before that too.
We think of you in silence We often speak your name.
Now all we have are memories And your picture in a frame.
Your memory is our keepsake With which we'll never part
God has you in His keeping We have you in our Heart.
Life is unpredictable, so to try and predict what is ahead is only asking for disappointment. Just live it as we can. Love and love of life will help us be guided in our decisions as we go forward. Todd Moyer/ 2008 |

COMPLETED MISSION REPORT
Having been invited by the family to attend the service of Al Kazarian, 86 a WWII Veteran and the father of PGR member Jim Kazarian, we assembled at the Roswell Funeral Home and Chapel in Roswell, GA at 0915 hrs. After a short briefing we recited the Pledge of Allegiance and were led in prayer by Larry “Big Bear” Sanderson. The bikes and cages were positioned in preparation for the short escort to the gravesite, located on the same property. There were 18 bikes, 2 cages, and 22 members present at this mission. We established a flag line at the entrance to the funeral home and awaited the arrival of the family and guests. We were invited inside to attend the service, and several members did.
At the conclusion of the service we reassembled our flag line, and saluted as our WWII hero was carried to the hearse. Four bikes flanked the hearse as we rode form the funeral home to the gravesite. A long line of family cars were followed by the remainder of the bikes and the cages.
Upon arrival at the grave site we assembled a flag line and saluted as PVT Kazarian was carried from the hearse to the grave site. The flag line was moved to surround the family. The honor guard played taps and presented the family with a folded American flag. I thanked the family for the honor of attending this service and presented the family with a condolence book. Larry “Eagle1” presented the family a small stuffed bear dressed as a soldier bearing a completed mission pin. At the conclusion of the service, several family members walked the flag line to shake the hand of each member and express their appreciation. After the family left, the PGR was dismissed.
I would like to thank those who attended this mission. I appreciate the support of all members and the leadership that stood for our hero today. The family was very appreciative of our being there. A special thank you to “WW” for preparing a beautiful condolence book. The funeral director, Wayne and the entire staff of the funeral home were very cooperative, and played a significant role in the success of this mission.
