MISSION COMPLETE

14 PGR members on bikes and 3 cages met in Moreno Valley
to honor Richard Brayant, Viet Nam Veteran. A flagline was
made as the family and friends of Richard entered the mortuary.
PGR members were honored to escort Richards flag draped remains
into the mortuary and then to the waiting coach for transport to RNC.
The members escorted the coach and family the short distance to the
meeting site where military honors and taps were rendered.
After the service a flagline was formed as the casket was escorted back
to the coach for Richards final ride. This mission was group RC'd, many
members taking responsibility. Thanks to the road guards that got us safely
to RNC. Thanks to Andy for forming the escort members that bore the casket.
Popeye did his usual outstanding job of calling orders and generally
making sure everything worked smoothly. Thanks to Bridget our Gold Star Mother
with her newly decorated super truck for riding behind the motors with her
flashing lights. Thanks to Jimmy that brought water to keep us hydrated.
Members rode from the High Desert to the Low Desert to attend the service.
It was a privilage to RC todays mission with all the capable assistance from the
many seasoned riders.

Respectfully submitted,

Winger/RC
