Our sincere condolences to the family and friends of LCpl. Paul Johnson-Reubens, USMC Veteran/LEO. May God help you though this difficult time and sorrow. He is
one of America's Heroes that will never be forgotten.
Rest Safely and Securely in God's Loving Arms, Paul.
Going home, going home,
I'm just going home.
Quiet-like, slip away-
I'll be going home.
It's not far, just close by;
Jesus is the Door;
Work all done, laid aside,
Fear and grief no more.
Friends are there, waiting now.
He is waiting, too.
See His smile! See His hand!
He will lead me through.
Morning
Star lights the way;
Restless dream all done;
Shadows gone, break of day,
Life has just begun.
Every tear wiped away,
Pain and sickness gone;
Wide awake there with Him!
Peace goes on and on!
Going home, going home,
I'll be going home.
See the Light! See the Sun!
I'm just going home.

Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you: 1. Jesus Christ. 2. The American G.I. One died for your soul, the other for your Freedom.

It is the Military who salutes YOUR flag, who serves beneath YOUR flag, whose coffin is draped by YOUR flag, and who by their service allows the protester to burn YOUR flag.

LCPL Johnson-Reubens,
Thank you for your willingness, as a military veteran, to defend the United States of America and her freedoms and interests. Thank you also, as a member of the law enforcement/EMS family for your commitment to the community to which you served. Your untimely death brings much sorrow and sadness to the hearts and lives of your family, friends, military brothers and sisters, law enforcement/EMS brothers and sisters, all those who appreciate their safety, all who truly appreciate their freedom, and each and every member of the Patriot Guard Riders. We are all proud of your service and dedication in that which you believed in and fought for in both the military and your community. Your missions are now complete. You are truly an American hero and the community to whom you served, and the world in which we live are safer places because of your commitment as a community servant and to freedom itself. We will now proudly stand for you with honor, dignity, and respect. We pray that you will now rest peacefully in the arms of God. May He provide peace, comfort, and understanding to each life you touched.

To the friends and family of LCpl. Paul Johnson-Reubens, I offer my sincere condolences and prayers for your family as you go through this difficult time. Add to that the not knowing while he was taken prisoner, my heart goes out to you, you have truly been through more than anyone should have to go through. It will be an honor to stand on the flag line at the funeral for this true American Hero! Stand down Marine, your duties done. Rest with God.
