I would like to extend my deepest condolences to the family and friends of this American Hero who stood tall for his homeland in this very sad time in your lives, but remember that you knew a hero first hand while the rest of us just get to hear about their heroic deeds. My prayers are that our GOD may bring peace and comfort to all of you during this tragic time. Please know that not just me , but a country full of people like me owe you a dept that can never be repaid. But please know that your loved one is now serving in the Army of our LORD in heaven, and the LORD said if I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again and recieve you unto myself that where I am there you may be also. Know that it says in the Bible in 2nd Corinthians 5:8 , we are confident I say , willing rather to be absent from the body and present with the LORD. No one can ever say that your loved one isn't a HERO, they were willing to serve that the rest of us may enjoy the freedom we do today, and the sacrifice you and your family have endured so our nation can remain the home of the free because of the brave. We are all brothers and sisters in arms and we don't forget one of our own, rest in peace my comrade, your mission is complete and now it's time for you to rest. May GOD Bless each and everyone of you.

It is with heartfelt regret that I submit these simple words in an attempt to show my honor and respect for U.S. Army Special Forces Sergeant Nicholas A. Robertson. All who treasure their Freedom, and the security of their children...owe SGT Robertson an everlasting debt of graditude. He chose a difficult and dangerous profession, and in doing so he joined the ranks of heroes, and walked in the footsteps of our nation's guardians ...beginning with the men of Lexington Green. We are all the poorer for the loss of SGT Robertson; but we must never forget that his beloved family must now carry a terrible burden of sorrow. I pray that Our Eternal Father will abide with all who grieve...that they will have peace and solace...and that they will find their pathway through the coming days...to be guarded by Angels of Mercy.

My sincere condolences go to SGT Robertson's family and friends. May your love and memories of Nicholas help to bring you comfort in these trying times.

Nicholas will never be forgotten for his service nor his sacrifice. He will always remain in the memories of those who cherish freedom, as he is one who fought to keep it. He is a true hero, willing to stand for his beliefs.

I pray for your loved one and for you.
He is now an angel to watch over you.
He will be there always....
In the warm feeling on a cold day-
A hug from him for you.
In the feather that appears from nowhere-
Dropped from his wings while he was standing near.

Watch for the signs,
For he is not gone.
He is ever near- standing guard over you.

To the surviving family of Sgt Robertson, first I thank you for the sacrifice you have made and ask you to remember that Nicholas was and is a hero of the American people whether they recognize it or not. Second I too know the loss you are feeling as I come up to the second anniversity of losing my husband SSgt Dale kelly to the war on terror. As hard as these times feel I know that my dale and I would imagine your Nicholas felt that their warrior hearts were doing what they not only believed in but trained hard. I remember only too well after 911 when Dale changed, as a grandfather of two incredible granddaugthers he was determined to do all he could to be sure that terriorists would be too busy running for their lives to attack this nation again. The last time a group of people decided it was ok to attack this great country on her own soil, we anniliated them with an atomic bomb, some of us remember what the safety of a ready and well trained military means to our way of life. Although I only too well know these words do nothing to ease the pain and the loss, please know that you do not walk this path alone and there are those of us who know your loss only too well. My prayers are wrapping you all in God's love and I stand ready to serve you in any way possible.
To Nicholas, rest well weary warrior you are in good company and can stand at ease. Know that there are those of us who will not forget nor let others forget your courage, your willingness to meet the enermy face to face and that your sacrifice is part of the price that has been paid for the gift of freedom. Hooah!

"Ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country" John. F. Kennedy
What have you done for your country lately? Some of us have given all and continue as living dead to reach deep and give . How dare any American shame us all with your apathy and selfishness!

Our heart felt condolences to the Robertson family and friends in the loss of Nicholas. Thank you for his service to this great country. Our prayers go out to God for you in this time of loss. Nicholas served to give us the freedom we now enjoy so much and for that he is one of the GREAT AMERICAN HEROS of the land. God bless your family and friends. Wish I could have shaken his hand and told him thank you myself. God tells us that “Greater love hath no man than this that a man lay down his life for his friends.” (John 15:13) As Christ our Lord laid down His life for us that believe in Him for salvation, so your love one has laid down his life for us for our freedom. This act has made him a Super Hero in my heart and I thank-you deeply for this sacrifice made for our freedoms. I pray that God will now bless your lives and help you see how great a thing this is which your loved one has done. The FALLEN MILITARY MEMBER has shown this country his greatest love for country and friends

I Remember You

When I walk into my church,

free and without fear,

I remember you.

When I see children playing in the school yard,

girls and boys of all kinds,

I remember you.

When I see families working together,

regardless of religion or nationality,

I remember you.

When I go to sleep

without worry for my family's safety,

I remember you.

When I see our flag waving in front of my home,

and when I can salute that flag without fear of reprisal,

I remember you.

When I remember you,

I think of the sacrifices you made so I could have these things.

I think of your commitment and your service

beyond mere duty.

I think of all that you have given

so that I and those whom I love can be free.

When I pray at night and give thanks

for the blessings God has given,

I remember you.

"Special Forces Creed

I am an American Special Forces soldier. A professional! I will do all that my nation requires of me. I am a volunteer, knowing well the hazards of my profession. I serve with the memory of those who have gone before me: Roger's Rangers, Francis Marion, Mosby's Rangers, the first Special Service Forces and Ranger Battalions of World War II, the Airborne Ranger Companies of Korea. I pledge to uphold the honor and integrity of all I am - in all I do. I am a professional soldier. I will teach and fight wherever my nation requires. I will strive always, to excel in every art and artifice of war. I know that I will be called upon to perform tasks in isolation, far from familiar faces and voices, with the help and guidance of my God. I will keep my mind and body clean, alert and strong, for this is my debt to those who depend upon me. I will not fail those with whom I serve. I will not bring shame upon myself or the forces. I will maintain myself, my arms, and my equipment in an immaculate state as befits a Special Forces soldier. I will never surrender though I be the last. If I am taken, I pray that I may have the strength to spit upon my enemy. My goal is to succeed in any mission - and live to succeed again. I am a member of my nation's chosen soldiery. God grant that I may not be found wanting, that I will not fail this sacred trust.
