| Unless for some unforeseen reason something that I have no control of comes up, I will be attending. I will be leaving from Central PA and fueling up in Breezewood. There is a Rest Area just a short distance down I-70 on the right hand side after leaving Breezewood. Once rally times are posted, I will post the time I will be at that rest area so any riders from PA are more than welcome to meet up with me there for the rest of the ride down. |

Final Itinerary Update for Sgt. Alessandro Carbonaro; Tuesday, 23 May 2006
1. 0800 meet at Eastham's Exxon station located on 7100 block of Wisconsin Ave., Bethesda, MD. Physical location is on right hand side of street (if traveling South on Wisconsin), at cornor of Woodmont and Wisconsin. There is a Starbuck's located on the right corner just prior to the Exxon. Mr. Eastham is a prior service Marine and was proud that we asked to use his station. Quarters are tight and small, so be prepared to get close.
**Remember, Wisconsin Ave is also known as hwy 355. If coming from 270, you will take the Bethesda 355 exit and travel down about 3 miles. There are other Exxon stations, but this one is on the 7100 block.**
2. Kickstand up time is 0845, head South on Wisconsin for 4 miles, and park at National Cathedral 0915.
3. 1000, Services begin.
4. 1130 Procession to Arlington National Cemetary with a DC Metro escort.
5. 1300 Internment.
Since I'm from Frederick, I will be leaving from the Uraban Park and Ride, off of HWY 270. Arrival is 0630 and kickstand up at 0650. All riders interested in riding down with me are welcome.
Keep it safe, Keep it real, Keep it about Sgt. Carbonaro and his family. They are the heros!

It will once again be an honor to stand guard for an American hero. Sgt Alessandro Carbonaro is truly a hero and will not be forgotten. He, his family, and those close to him, are in my thoughts and prayers. Rest in peace Sgt Carbonaro.
I will be coming in a cage. Having read that the rally point quarters are tight and small would it be best for me to go straight to the church?

| There will be several of us from the US Military Vets/MC riding to your location from RT 85 and Crestwood Blvd. We will make an attempt to be prompt, depending on how traffic is at that time of the am. If anything we will probably be coming down Rt. 355. See you in the am. If anyone wishes to join us we will be departing from the gas station next to Shockley Honda on RT. 85 and Crestwood blvd in Frederick at about 0620. |

To all from Frank B Frank requests that all Northern Virginia riders muster at the Key Bridge Mariot @ 0700. See mission for Lt Col Fenty. To escort the LtCol. All will attend this mission following. Please respond to Frank @ patriotguardva@adelphia.net if you are going to make the mission. He is still on the road doing the escort at this time. |

| A few of you are asking about dress, flags and such. Wear you normal riding gear. It is appropriate that we look like motorcyclists. Flags should be 3X5' with a 6' pole. Not madatory though. Just looks better if they are uniform. Sorry this is so late. |

SliderBob, Lone Hawk (and Elise), et al...
Shoot me an email with your route plans. As of now, we'll be pulling out of White Marsh around 7'ish (possibly earlier) and running str8 down 95...it's about 55 miles to the rally point from here...hoping to arrive shortly after 0800, but probably closer to 0830.
Ride safe!

I want to commend the Family and Friends of a true Hero, Sgt. Carbonaro. His family, though filled with grief, stood strong and proud during the entire ceremony. I can see why this Marine is a Hero, with a strong and supportive family like this. May he rest in peace and may God wrap his loving and tender arms around you all in this time of sorrow.
This is a sorrowful but memmorable day for me, for I met and served with a nobel group of Patriots. Thank you for all of your support to Sgt Carbonaro's family.

To everyone who attended todays mission, it was an honor to ride with you. To all the Marines in uniform for todays services. I have a much greater understanding of the phrase: The few and the proud. You were true professionals. |
