Our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Clark Ronald "Ron" Williams, USMC Veteran. May God help you though this difficult time and sorrow. He is one of America's Heroes that will never be forgotten.

Rest Safely and Securely in God's Loving Arms, Clark.

Going home, going home,
I'm just going home.
Quiet-like, slip away-
I'll be going home.
It's not far, just close by;
Jesus is the Door;
Work all done, laid aside,
Fear and grief no more.
Friends are there, waiting now.
He is waiting, too.
See His smile! See His hand!
He will lead me through.

Morning Star lights the way;
Restless dream all done;
Shadows gone, break of day,
Life has just begun.
Every tear wiped away,
Pain and sickness gone;
Wide awake there with Him!
Peace goes on and on!
Going home, going home,
I'll be going home.
See the Light! See the Sun!
I'm just going home.

First a Little Weather update for Saturday as it is now it looks like it may be nice but cool dress accordingly Friday: Cloudy and breezy with a few light rain showers around. High 45. Friday Evening: Blustery and cold with snow flurries dusting the ground in spots. Low 25 (IF YOU RIDE BE SAFE AND DRESS FOR THE WEATHER) Saturday: Chilly sunshine. High 35-40. A little more information for the mission Saturday, I spoke with the Police Chife of Milton,WV.( He is a Marine Veteran) and he said that he would be glad to have one of his officers meet us at the Legion post and escort us to the Funeral home Saturday Morning, to Block East bound Traffic so that we did not get split up going into the Funeral Home. then he would return and have an escort to the Cemetery which is about 1 - 1 1/2 Miles West of the Funeral Home and Block the East Bound Traffic. The Cemetery is Forest Memorial Park. I am to meet with Kathy the Manager of Forest Memorial Park in the Morning to get an Idea where we will be setting up at there. This Cemetery is a Nice one, as my Father - In - Law is resting there. Anyone wishing to view a Story & picture of RON it can be found at www.starsofwv.org/ Shadow Wolf Asst.Ride Capt. Wayne,WV.

Our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Clark R."Ron" Williams,Thanks for being our hero. God Bless. And God Bless, The fellow soldiers that stands for us everyday.Thank you for your dedicated service and sacrifice to defend this great nation of ours.

We salute you , My Friend

Final Inspection

The soldier stood and faced God,
Which must always come to pass.
He hoped his shoes were shining.
Just as brightly as his brass.
"Step forward now,soldier.
How shall I deal with you?
Have you always turned the other cheek?
To My Church have you been true?"
The soldier squared his shoulders and said,
"No, Lord, I guess I ain't.
Because those of us who carry guns,
Can't always be a saint.
I've had to work most Sundays,
And at times my talk was tough.
And sometimes I've been violent,
Because the world is awfully rough.
But, I never took a penny,
That wasn't mine to keep....
Though I worked a lot of overtime.
When the bills just got too steep.
And I never passed a cry for help,
Though at times I shook with fear.
And sometimes, God, forgive me,
I've wept unmanly tears.
I know I don't deserve a place,
Among the people here.
They never wanted me around,
Except to calm their fears.
If you've a place for me here, Lord.
It needn't be so grand.
I never expected or had too much,
But if you don’t, I’ll understand.
There was a silence all around the throne,
Where the saints had often trod.
As the soldier waited quietly,
For the judgment of his God.
"Step forward now,soldier
you’ve borne your burdens well.
Walk peacefully on Heaven’s streets;
you’ve done your time in Hell."

Mission Complete for Ron Williams, Milton,WV

The Morning Started out Brisk, PGR Rider T-Bone was there as well as my self.

Around 9:00 am.Star Touring And Riding Chapter 197 from Hurricane,WV. Showed up in Force, Along With some C.M.A. Legion Riders.  I am sorry but I did not get names of everyone and every unit there, Guess it is a learning curve, I know next time.  After T-Bone had the mission Briefing A member from the C.M.A. Gave a parting Prayer before we left for the funeral home.  We had 16 Motors there along with 7 Cages.  We stood the flag line from 10 a to 11 a when myself and  5 others went on to the Cemetery and posted the Flags at the entrance where Joe joined us after Ron was moved to the Hearse there were 4 PGR members there at the Cemetery and 3 Star Riders with us in the Flag line. The Family spoke with me after the Services where we all joined at the Legion in Hurricane,WV.  The Daughters and Grandchildren said that they were very pleased with us being there and passes along their Blessings and said Thank You to each and every one that was there.

Was wishing for more motors from PGR on this beautiful Saturday Morning.  Hope everyone made it home safe.  The day ended with with my Thermometer on my Dash board showing 53 Degrees.

We would like to Thank Star Touring and Riding Chapter 197 Hurricane,WV.  The C.M.A. Not sure which chapter they were with, The Legion Riders from St. Albans WV.  and the Military Units that were there.  Maybe T-Bone knows these others that were there.  Thanks also to Alan Smith of Wallace Funeral Home and to the Milton City Police for their cooperation.

The Army, Air Force, Navy and Coast Guard were represented by uniformed personnel.  The111th EB, The 130th airlift wing,  The Army Honor Guard from the AG in Charleston,WV

Special thanks to the family of Ron Williams for inviting the PGR to attend this most honorable mission.

Shadow Wolf

  God Bless You Ron and you will be missed by all your Friends and Family.
