SSgt Stock, you are truly appreciated. You join the ranks now of those warriors, including my Marine, also killed in Al Anbar, who have gone before you, to rest peacefully in our Lord's loving arms. You have completed a selfless mission John, and you will not be forgotten.

Thank you for your service and sacrifice in defending and protecting our freedoms. As a nation we mourn your loss, and we will remember you always as a true American hero. To the family, I offer my prayers and support. I understand a little of what you are going through-my son, a Marine LCpl, was killed in Iraq. I pray wonderful memories of your dear warrior help eventually to ease the pain you endure today. Your hero will never be forgotten-he leaves a legacy of honor and courage that few will ever achieve. God bless you. Julie Francis, Matt's Mom

Robert Young has asked me to pass along the information for the escort tomorrow morning in Longview for SSgt. Stock. Staging will be 8 a.m. at KRS Express airline terminal at Longview Airport. The SSgt is due to arrive at 9 a.m., but if you have been on these escort missions, the plane could be early or late, 8 a.m. could be a problem for some of you traveling any distance, but we hope to have a good turnout of bikes with big flags to escort this young Marine.

Oh how I wish I could attend this mission to support my brother in arms. It upsets me that during the week missions are unrealistic for me to attend due to lack of vacation/sick time. Please accept my apology in advance for missing this important mission. Please know that my thoughts & prayers are for the family & friends and with my PGR brothers & sisters.
