To the family and friends of Sgt. Adams, please know that we hold your soldier in the highest regard as an American Hero. Your loss has not gone unnoticed and it is not in vain.

It pains me that one so young should pay the ultimate price for our freedom, we are proud of Shawn and will remember him, not as a boy, not as a young man, but as a United States Army Soldier, Hero, and man.

I wish there was something we could do to help, I wish the Patriot Guard could have been present to honor Shawn. Tomorrow I will ride with my passenger pegs down, a sincere showing of memorial in the motorcycle world, in honor of him.

Go with God, Sgt. Adams, He'll take you home.

From one Gold Star family to another, you are in our thoughts and prayers.  If we can do anything for you, please, let us know.  Jan and Joe Johnson

Weapon in my hand, ready to roll
Here we go again- our nightly patrol.
Over here it’s the same thing, night after night
Only difference it seems is whether or not there’s a fight.
Sometimes it is easy-going, calm as can be
It’s times like that which worry me.
Gotta stay alert cause you never know
If there is something ahead that’s gonna blow.
One more time we’ll make our rounds
Always praying to make it back to our “home” grounds.
But if by enemy hands we are taken out tonight
Just know it won’t be easy, it will be one hell of a fight.
Whether we’re Army, Navy, Air Force or Marine
We are the toughest boys you have ever seen.

Yet another of America's finest has given his life for our country.

Sgt. Shawn G, Adams is now in God's loving hands, I can't think of any better place he could be. My prayers are with his family and friends that he left behind. I'm sure he will be missed but not forgotten.

It will be an honor to serve in the flag line for this fallen Hero. It's the least I could do.
