Please -  let's not make any more posts as to where William's funeral will be. My guess is it will not be where most have been posting it will be. I have talked to the Mother at length and she will keep me updated when she knows for sure. The family is caught up in a needless legality which adds further stress and emotional turmoil. So let's keep the posts on track - condolences and sympathy for a family that has lost a son. Posting news articles also serve to only confuse the family because quite frankly they don't even know where the funeral will be as of this typing.

William you will be Missed - BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN!!!

Our sincere condolences to all those who mourn the passing of Sgt. Beardsley. His sacrifice will be honored.

Those heroes who make the ultimate sacrifice do not pass on alone. They are carried from the fields of battle by the Valkyr to Valhall. Here they will live on with all those who have gone on before to await the final and ultimate battle, Ragnarök.

Minnesota Information Only

As Sgt Beardsley will be laid to rest in a different state there is no confirmed mission yet in MN.  The family has been offered our support for the planned memorial service but most likely won't be deciding until next week Monday.  It will be a short notice mission in MN if it comes to pass.
